Human Resource Policy

We highly value our staff and do our best to emphasize human rights and a healthy working environment. We realize the variety of our resources and do our very best to allow individuals to use their interests and strengths the best possible way. As Eimskip's subsidiary our operation follows the Eimskip's Human Resource Policy.

Whistleblower Policy

As Eimskip’s subsidiary, our values, embodied in the employee Code of Conduct, and other policies guide the Company toward conducting business with high ethics and integrity. Therefore, it is fundamental to the Company that any wrongdoing is reported.

Anti-Money Laundering and Sanction Policy

As Eimskip’s subsidiary, we are committed to conducting all its business in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner as outlined in the Company’s Code of Conduct.  This policy supports integrity by prohibiting any employee of Eimskip from participating in money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanction breaches. This policy applies to all employees of Eimskipafélag Íslands hf. and all companies within Eimskip Group.
