Guidelines on damaged or missing goods

As soon as the damage or shortage is identified, written notification must be sent to Faroe Ship’s claims department at claims@faroeship.fo. The written notification must include the following information:

  • SO-number
  • Invoice
  • Shipping documents
  • Proof of damage, e.g. photos

The claims department at Faroe Ship will respond no later than 3 days after receiving the notification.
